Unlike many swim schools, we do not use large group classes or rigid lesson plans. Every lesson is customized to the individual swimmer, allowing instructors to build meaningful relationships and see real progress.

Advancement opportunities up to $23 per hour based on experience, certifications, performance, and tenure.

Responsibilities
As a Private Swim Lesson Instructor, you will:
Teach one-on-one swim lessons to children and adults
Maintain a safe learning environment
Communicate swimmer progress with parents and clients
Build confidence and water safety skills
Arrive prepared and on time for lessons
Represent Worden Aquatics professionally
Encourage swimmers while making lessons fun and engaging
Qualifications
Required
Must be at least 17 years old
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check
Swimming experience through competitive swimming, coaching, instruction, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Water Safety Instructor (WSI) Certification
CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
Previous swim instruction experience
Previous coaching experience
