What Our Instructors And Coaches Are Saying

Did We Mention…

  • Did we mention that all of our swim lessons are one-on-one private lessons? No group lessons! Think of us as the personal trainers of the aquatic world. There are no lesson plans to follow. You personalize every lesson to the swimmer and their needs.

  • We offer meaningful flexibility while operating within an employee-based schedule. Lesson times are set based on swimmer demand and location needs, and we work with instructors to build a schedule that fits their availability whenever possible.

    Some instructors work a higher number of weekly hours, while others maintain a lighter schedule. During the hiring process, we’ll discuss availability and determine the best schedule and workflow that aligns with both your needs and our program requirements.

  • Our ideal candidates are students looking for a summer job, a stay-at-home parent, a school teacher looking for a summer job, or an individual who just loves teaching or coaching and is looking to expand their horizon.

Our Ideal Candidates Embody The Following:

  • a love for kids;

  • a love of the water and eager to share that love with others;

  • a passion for swimming;

  • good people skills;

  • an excitement to see others achieve goals;

  • someone that loves to have fun;
