Lifeguarding Recertification in Nashville with Worden Aquatics.

This course is designed for current lifeguards who need to renew their shallow water lifeguarding certification. Participants will review essential lifeguard skills, water rescue techniques, and safety protocols for shallow water environments. The class includes both hands-on skills practice in the pool and knowledge review, covering topics such as surveillance, emergency response, and CPR/AED for the professional rescuer. Successful completion allows certified lifeguards to maintain their credential and stay up to date on current lifeguard standards.

Current lifeguard certification (must not be expired by more than 30 days)
