Fill out the form below with your child(ren) name, age, phone number, and time you are requesting. One of our OTM office team members will confirm these and send you a confirmation email and invoice to pay. Students must attend four classes in the same week - weeks cannot be combined. No refunds.
March 11 - 14 (Monday - Thursday). Lessons are 30 minutes and time slots start at 9am and end at 1pm
